In this session, we’ll do a deep dive into the Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI) project implemented for Woodlands Water, located just outside of Houston, TX. How did this project come to fruition? How did it impact their response to the devastating February winter storm, and what lessons were learned along the way?
